HOW TO PLAY

🎵The Death Whistle is a musical instrument, but no musical experience is required.

1. Put your mouth fully around the top of the whistle

2. Blow long and strong (3 to 5+ seconds).

3. (Optional) - To vary the sound, experiment with modulating your breath and moving your cupped hand underneath back and forth as in the illustration above.

WHAT DOES 125+ DECIBELS MEAN IN REAL USE?

The Death Whistle is extremely loud. In industrial testing, it has reached 125+ decibels — a level comparable to a jet engine and capable of causing hearing damage at close range with sustained use.

With human breath, depending on technique and power, it typically reaches approximately 100–110 decibels — roughly the volume of a chainsaw at full throttle and more than enough to rattle spines and terrify.
